What to expect after you Register and have
Fiber coming Spring/Summer 2022

Step 1
Agreement
Agreements are sent out outlining all the
details and deposit arrangements. -
Step 2
Site Survey
A site survey is scheduled to determine the
the best path to connect your home. -
Step 3
Main Infrastructure Build
Conduit and Fiber Distribution Nodes or Vaults
will be installed through the main streets in your
neighborhood. -
Step 4
Conduit to the home
Once your phase has Fiber Distribution Nodes
or Vaults installed we will schedule your home for
811 location services, conduit and NID
Fiber box installation. -
Step 5
Pull/Splice Fiber
The fiber optic cable will be blown in along the streets
and to your home. The fiber splicing team will then
begin connecting all the fibers. -
Step 6
Connecting your Home
We will schedule your home to be connected to the
fiber-optic network. All equipment necessary will
be installed that day. -
Step 7
Final Balance Payment
Once the Fiber is installed and tested we will
send the final invoice for the installation.
